Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and community at a time. At the local level, Kiwanis Club of Flint works to ensure that all children in Flint and Genesee County wake up knowing that their community believes in them, nurtures them and will provide the support they need to thrive.

Kiwanis started as a way to bring people together for the greater good, and has grown into a global network connected by a love of people and possibilities. Kiwanis Club of Flint is distinguished as one of the 50 longest serving clubs: founded in 1917, the sixth Kiwanis Club in Michigan, and 39th in Kiwanis International.
